Powhatan Tire & Muffler has fantastic customer service, great ASE certified technicians that make the process quick and easy. When I was feeling vibrations in my steering wheel and was looking for a shop to go to in my area I found Powhatan's shop. After viewing their website and looking at the different services and how long they been in business I decided to take my car in. When I got there one of the staff was right there by the door ready to help me. Immediately greeting me and asking me what he can do for me. I told him what I needed and what was going and he already had many answers and solutions without looking up anything on the computer. He got my information for the invoice gave me the estimated time it would take to get done, and had it done right within his quote. When they were done one of the technicians explained to me what exactly what the problem was explaining it in terms that I understood. This is a great place to get any automotive service done they never tried to sell me anything I didn't need and got me done in a timely matter.
